I have a question about my order?

Do you restock merchandise that has sold out? 

We don't typically restock pieces that have been sold out. Follow us on socials to be the first to know about the next merch drop! 

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Due to limited quantity and high demand, returns and exchanges are not available as all sales are final. 

How long will my order take to ship? 

We do our best to have every order shipped within 14 business days out of our in-house fulfillment company SPACESHIP.

Where is my order’s tracking information? 

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the original email address or phone number provided during checkout. Be sure to check your spam or promotional folders, sometimes they are found there! 

Am I able to change my shipping address? 

We allow for shipping address updates within 24 hours of the order being placed. When submitting an address update request, please be sure to include the full correctly formatted shipping address including apartment number, if applicable. - Once your order is processed and leaves our facility there is little we can do to correct a shipping address unless your order is returned by the carrier. 

Do your shipping & handling charges include international customs fees? 

International Standard: Shipping cost based on your location. Duties and Taxes WILL BE DUE upon the arrival of your order, depending on your country.

International Standard Duties and Taxes Prepaid Option: Shipping cost is calculated based on your location plus Duties and Taxes based on your country's import laws. No fee will be due upon the arrival of your order.

Any international customs, duties, or tax fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

What do I do if I have an issue with my delivered order? 

For further resolution, please send detailed photos of your packing slip & merchandise you received with labeling to our customer support team at contact@lyricallemonade.com.

We now allow for size exchanges on everyday items ONLY.

Please email contact@lyricallemonade.com and ask for a return label. Items from specialty collections, collaborations, and sold-out items are not available for size exchanges.
